Food for thought

As I sit here and ponder what I am going to eat for dinner, I thought of an old email post that someone passed on to my father (who then passed it on to me). I am copying below so you can see all of it including the pictures. It shows what the average family spends on food for a week and then shows a picture of what types of food they eat. It’s only shows 9 families from various cultures around the world but it’s enough to show the differences in our world. It is very interesting when you see what families from Europe and the Unites States spend on food and what types of junk food they eat compared to what people from other counties spend and eat.
