Jasmin Rituper – Dancer/Performance Artist
Jasmin Rituper is a professional dancer and performer for over 20 years. Having a profession that is 100% physical, she needs to take care of her body extremely well to be able to perform at a maximum level and prevent the body from getting injured. Jasmin’s work ranges from dance to gymnastics, stunt work, aerial, physical acting and modeling. She trains 6 days a week and takes one rest day if her work or schedule allow it.
Jasmin believes in versatility, therefor she does a combination of different styles of yoga and dance classes, fitness/cardio/condition classes, combining strength and coordination using her own body weight and gravity. She also works with a stunt team which is physically the most challenging and high intense form of activity. It includes gymnastics, martial arts, fight and weapon choreography and wire work. In order to manage her body to function in all those forms, her diet and lifestyle are as important as well as training and resting. She excludes dairy, meat, gluten and wheat as much as possible and started making additional adjustments based on her blood type. She does not drink alcohol and most importantly eats clean food. Jasmin is 31 years old and has never been in better shape. She has reached a high peak of flexibility and physical performance skill level.
For Strength and flexibility she highly recommends yoga. As she doesn’t believe in the “one-way-only” theory. Jasmin practices vinyasa, ashtanga, power, hot and antigravity yoga to prevent the body of falling into auto-pilot mode. For condition and an overall fit, energetic and healthy way of performance and being, she mixes up excercises, classes and physical activities on a regular base. The final ingredient for so called “everlasting youth” is love and passion to the things and people you surround yourself with as much as possible.
